Return Policy:

There are no refunds or exchanges for Custom Production or Printing.  In the event of defects in the manufacturing or replication, we will replace these items at no cost to you.

Stock and Non-Custom items may be returned with authorization from Digital Sound Productions.  We do want our customers to be 100% satisfied.   Returns must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.  Refunds will be made for your original purchase price excluding shipping costs.  We will ship all exchanged items at no additional cost, but you are responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items.
